Greenpoint Tribute

As I walk the streets of Greenpoint, I take note of those addresses that exude the spirit of their inhabitants and that seem to stand out. Often these buildings are showing signs of aging. I paint them because I want to memorialize them and lovingly document them. Already, many of the ones I painted have changed hands and now look nothing like the portrait I created a few years ago. Here are six from the series.
